The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for a Programme Controls Coordinator to support and enhance our Programme Controls team. This pivotal role will help drive efficiency and success in delivering key milestones for this transformative programme. About the Role As a Programme Controls Coordinator, you’ll work collaboratively within our Programme Controls team, reporting to the Governance, Change, and Reporting Manager. You'll play a critical role in supporting programme controls deliverables, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of reporting, governance, and change management processes. Your Responsibilities Reporting: Coordinate the SPA Monthly Board Pack, ensuring timely submission and quality assurance of inputs such as Earned Value Management and Schedule Milestone data. Upload and validate key data, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency. Change Management: Administer the SPA Change process, issuing Change Request Forms (CRFs), validating submissions, and coordinating Governance Forum invitations. Maintain the Change Register, updating statuses and preparing monthly Change Reports. Governance: Organize Governance meetings, ensuring agendas, actions, and documentation are properly managed and audit trails are maintained. Monitor and update the Governance Map, liaising with teams to reflect required updates to stage dates and commercial data. Data & Resilience: Support Power BI reporting development and provide reporting resilience during absences. Possesses excellent time management skills and can meet tight deadlines. Is detail-oriented, with a proven ability to ensure high-quality outputs. Brings strong IT skills, particularly in: Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams). Experience with MS Power Platform Dashboards, Apps, and Forms is desirable.
