This is hands-on work, outdoors, and a great opportunity to build experience in renewable energy. What You’ll Do Put together and install solar racking using standard tools Mount and connect solar panels Run and connect PV module wiring Work with the Project Manager to solve on-site challenges Help with site prep, cleanup, and general installation support Keep the site safe and organized What We’re Looking For Comfortable with tools and mechanical assembly General construction/carpentry/electrical know-how Problem solver who can work safely and efficiently Good communication skills — can follow drawings, sketches, and instructions Valid G driver’s license + clean driving record Working at Heights certification Bonus if you have: Forklift / lift truck ticket Experience in renewable energy or roofing Extra technical training or schooling in construction/energy The Details Contract length: 1–3 weeks Location: Sandhurst Shores, Ontario Reports to: Project Manager
