Social Media Manager Location: Hybrid ways of working at our office in Wimbledon. Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent. We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our Brand and Communications team. As Social Media Manager, they will manage all owned social media platforms including but not limited to multiple websites, LinkedIn, Instagram and Tik Tok accounts, Sprout and Meltwater ensuring brand consistency, and strong performance analytics. The role is responsible to develop the strategy for best outputs on social media platforms based on different campaigns objectives and monitored analytics. In addition to that they will also lead creation and evolution of brand equity dashboard and performance monitoring. Ready to Apply? Key Responsibilities: Manage social media presence across all relevant platforms. Support campaign execution with digital channel expertise. Track metrics and KPI and analyse campaign effectiveness and generate reports. Strategy Development: create and execute social media strategies in collaboration with campaign managers, aligned with business objectives Engagement: engage with followers and network respond to comments and messages aligned with Brand TOV Trend monitoring: stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies to engage in relevant real time conversations Paid campaign; oversee paid social media and optimising for best return on investment. Skills and experience required: Proven expertise on social media monitoring and analytics, specifically in development of metrics and reports for monitor and benchmarking. Track record of improved brand presence across multiple media channels, format and in different countries. Experience in B2B and B2C environments Experience with the following tools would be ideal: Monday.com, Sprout, Meltwater, Canva We offer lots of great benefits!
