GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Wellness Nurse provides direct and indirect care to residents/patients in a sensitive, professional, and effective manner. The Wellness Nurse performs his/her duties under the supervision of the SNF Resident Wellness Director while adhering to mandated nursing standards. The Wellness Nurse is responsible for maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations while utilizing the standards of care policies and procedures.
