This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive contracts professional with a strong background in the healthcare or CRO sector. You will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and compliance standards. Acting as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide guidance, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on contract management, making it a pivotal function in supporting project success and organisational growth. \n Accountabilities Review, draft, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and amendments. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues efficiently. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards. Maintain and update contract files, databases, and reporting systems. Track and report on contract metrics to provide visibility and support project governance. Assist in designing and implementing process improvements to enable timely contract execution. Provide support and guidance to study teams to meet project timelines and deliverables. Requirements Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in law, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management within healthcare, clinical research, or a CRO environment. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budgets. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, discretion, and sound business judgment in handling sensitive contractual matters. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or virtual team environment.
