Your mission should you accept it: Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the Site Clerk assists in the management of administrative tasks on the site and provides overall assistance to the project management team. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team; Tracking internal/external changes to the abbreviated subcontract on the Procore application; Processing of the management team's timesheets; Cost tracking of certain subcontractors; Order office supplies, track inventory and track costs; Event planning (reservations, meals, etc.); Internal follow-up and follow-up with subcontractors in connection with the documentation required for the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for clean technologies; Development and maintenance of various administrative follow-up files; Organization and management of documentation; Perform all other administrative tasks.
