Job Description Evaluate, design, develop, deploy, test, and transform security solutions, processes, and tools; Manage related projects to support this lifecycle; Provide and maintain technical documentation related to the engineering and architecture of security solutions; Provide expert support for processes and tools related to security solutions; Work closely with IT architects and other IT teams to design security capabilities in IT solutions (services, processes, and tools); Create, maintain, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, technical benchmarks, guidelines, and control standards; Ensure that protective measures are appropriate, effective in combination, and interact adequately with other system capabilities; Participate in internal and external audits. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years or more of professional experience in the field of technology, including a minimum of 5 years or more of experience in security; In-depth expertise in SIEM technologies; 5 years or more of experience in designing and maintaining the SIEM Log mechanism; Previous experience deploying and configuring Elastic Stack (particularly Logstash); Previous experience with automation tools such as Ansible and scripting languages (Python, etc.); Experience assisting in the development and maintenance of tools, procedures, and documentation; In-depth understanding of security technologies and concepts; Ability to present complex solutions and methods to the community at large; Security certifications are a plus. Team leader experience is a plus; Excellent communication skills in English. English is required as the position involves communicating with clients located outside of Quebec.
