This is a fast-paced job, so the right candidate should enjoy spinning multiple plates all the time and be able to react to the inevitable curved balls that crop up. If you’re organised and calm under pressure, we’ll give you the training to manage your national key account customers and workshops to deliver outstanding customer service. There are the usual metrics and KPI’s that we need to hit, but if you have the drive and passion to deliver exceptional customer service then these will be no challenge for you We offer: Job Description Within this role, your main tasks will be: Liaising directly with customers and our sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries Liaise with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workload to meet customer’s expectations and our own commercial business requirements Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising rental contracts to include maintenance and thorough examination processing Liaise with our dedicated transport company to ensure timely deliveries. Ensure all order, contract and PDI documentation is in order and filed as appropriate Deal with off hires, terminating agreements, field based off hire inspections and ensuring trucks are collected in the required time frame Whilst the above responsibilities outline the main functions of this position, management may from time to time, ask you to undertake other duties commensurate with the salary for this position. Tasks and Qualifications: Who Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate for this role will: Have excellent internal and external customer service skills Be a team player Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external colleagues Be self-motivated and flexible Be honest, reliable, and approachable Possess strong administration, planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills Be IT literate - Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous Be numerate and literate, clear and analytical decision maker Have the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures and work in a structured way Possess the drive, determination, and tenacity to hit financial and operational targets.
