Job description En tant que Shift leader/Superviseur, vous serez un véritable manager intermédiaire des équipes Front Office auprès de votre Office Manager. Convaincu par l’importance de l’excellence du service, vous aurez à cœur de procurer à nos clients une expérience de qualité. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Animer et manager les équipes d'Agents de Comptoir en pilotant les indicateurs de performance Assurer et faire assurer par l’équipe l’accueil des clients selon les standards Goldcar et s’assurer que les conditions pour garantir un service rapide et de qualité soient réunies Gérer l’administration du personnel (rotations d’équipes, absences, congés annuels, ...) et vous assurer du bon déroulé des formations des nouveaux entrants Organiser les activités opérationnelles de manière à atteindre les objectifs attribués en termes de ventes, de baisse des réclamations, de satisfaction des clients, d’obtention de dommages-intérêts et d’optimisation des coûts Superviser toutes les activités de l’agence, de l’équipe et des prestataires extérieurs le cas échéant Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de l'Office Manager et des services supports Qualifications Profil recherché: Attaché à la relation client et doté d’un indéniable sens du commerce, vous possédez un esprit ouvert et appréciez le travail d’équipe Véritable manager de terrain, vous possédez une solide première expérience en management d’équipes Votre leadership, associé à votre curiosité naturelle, ainsi qu’à votre capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation, vous poussent à relever de nouveaux challenges Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et souhaitez l'utiliser au quotidien Capable de travailler le week-end et en shift Permis B en cours de validité Nous vous offrons: Formation solide (gestion, vente) Perspectives d'évolution Intégrer une équipe soudée et dynamique Nous vous apprenons un métier.
