We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented part time Coordinator to support the LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) planning and Customer Service team. The role is working at the core of the business within the Customer Service team in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will provide support to the UK field sales team and customer service, with responsibility for managing the UK LEV programme. Primary Responsibilities: Maintenance of UK LEV sales database Planning and support of LEV engineers and daily plan Booking of LEV customer visits & diary management Produce quotations Accurate and efficient input of sales orders Checking order details and resolving issues Liaising with external customers regarding the despatch of orders Ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate Undertaking administration duties to support the Customer Service Team Taking incoming calls and emails and covering for Customer Service colleagues when required.
