What you’ll be doing As our Service Assurance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in making sure every new or improved digital service is designed, built and delivered with reliability, resilience and great user experience at its core. You’ll: · Lead the way on service design, creating the frameworks, standards and support models that ensure services are robust, supportable and aligned to non-functional requirements from day one. · Oversee SIAM, service transition and operational readiness, making sure changes are well-tested, low-risk and fully prepared for live operation, while continuously improving how services move from build to run. · Drive proactive assurance through observability, embedding the telemetry and real-time insights needed to identify issues early, understand performance, and enable preventative action. · Lead and develop a high-performing team, strengthening capability across service design, transition and observability, and influencing stakeholders across Technology, Product, Cyber and Operations to champion a consistent, forward-thinking service mindset. Skills and Qualifications: · Demonstrable experience in service design and transition · Experience with hybrid or cloud-native service delivery · Strong understanding of operational readiness and non-functional assurance · Background in observability, monitoring or telemetry practices · Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments · Knowledge of ITIL v4 (esp. Service Design, Transition and Monitoring) · Familiarity with ITSM & monitoring platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Azure Monitor) Why Apply?
