Vous accomplirez votre mission au sein du département HSE sous la responsabilité du Responsable HSE du site et en lien étroit avec les différents acteurs du service et plus particulièrement avec le Responsable environnement et efficacité énergétique. Vos principales missions seront de : En collaboration avec les équipes HSE et les différents services concernés du site vos missions seront les suivantes: Accompagner le site dans la mise en oeuvre de la réglementation sur les meilleures techniques disponibles dans l’industrie chimique qui fixe des exigences de performances environnementales en terme de prévention et de réduction des rejets et émissions (arrêté du 4 novembre 2024 “MTD”) : Analyser la conformité : Comparer les pratiques et les performances actuelles de l'installation avec les exigences applicables de l'arrêté et les meilleures techniques disponibles de l’industrie. Établir un diagnostic des écarts et des opportunités d'amélioration. Proposer et accompagner la mise en œuvre d’un plan d'actions. Définir une gouvernance harmonisée pour la gestion documentaire des standards opérationnels existants au sein des différents services concernés du site (fiches de poste, modop de sécurité,...), assurer sa mise en place dans un outil de gestion documentaire (GED) et la déployer au sein de l’organisation. Vous participez également à la vie du service. Profil et compétences : Vous êtes étudiant en école d’ingénieur et avez opté pour une spécialisation en risques industriels, genie chimique, genie des procedes ou en HSE, ou vous suivez une formation en Bac+4 ou un Mastère spécialisé dans ces domaines. Vous avez déjà une certaine connaissance des réglementations environnementales et de sécurité. Vous maîtrisez les principaux logiciels bureautiques. Idéalement, vous bénéficiez déjà d’une expérience sur un site industriel et/ou avec système de gestion HSE certifié. Vos atouts : Vous êtes force de proposition, proactif, rigoureux et autonome. Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle et de capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous avez le goût du terrain.
