Senior Watersports Instructor Fixed Term Contract / Full Time (From April to August) Salary from £29,600 Lead the Adventure – Inspire, Instruct, and Make a Splash! We’re searching for a passionate Senior Watersports Instructor to join our watersports team and help create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate daily watersports sessions including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and more Support the team of instructors and activity leaders Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with NGB guidelines and center policies Plan and deliver high-quality sessions for groups, schools, and the general public Carry out regular equipment checks and help maintain kit and activity areas Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for all visitors About you: RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesports Instructor (or similar qualifications) is required Experience in a senior/lead instructor role or ready to take the next step Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for outdoor education and inspiring people through watersports Safety-conscious, with a proactive and professional attitude As a valued member of the team, you are entitled to these fantastic benefits: Discounts on activities and cafés at our Water Parks, as well as free parking Personal Private Healthcare Access to a 24/7 remote GP service for your entire household 23 days annual leave – rising with length of service.
