MANUAL is looking for a talented and creatively driven Senior Video Editor & Videographer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who believes video isn’t just content - it’s a growth lever, a storytelling tool, and a way to genuinely change how people think and act. You’ll play a key role in capturing, editing and producing high-impact, social-first video content that brings our brand, mission and medical expertise to life. We’re looking for a hands-on creator with strong storytelling instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how video performs across platforms. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves iterating on ideas, and knows how to maximise shoots and future-proof content for ongoing testing and optimisation. As a Video Editor & Videographer, you’ll own both the creative and technical sides of production, from shooting and lighting, through to editing, versioning and delivery. You’ll work closely with our in-house production, creative and growth teams to turn insights into video that stops thumbs, builds trust, and drives action. What you'll do Video Production - Work closely with our in-house production team to plan, shoot and edit compelling, social-first video content. This content will be designed to perform across paid ads all while maintaining MANUAL’s visual identity, tone and credibility. Editing - Deliver high-quality, performance-ready edits including colour grading, sound mixing, captioning and motion graphics. Produce multiple cut-downs, hooks and variations optimised for different platforms and placements. Collaboration - Partner with the wider creative, marketing and growth teams to develop video content aligned to campaign goals, messaging and performance insights. Storytelling - Bring a strong creative eye to storyboarding and concept development, translating complex or sensitive healthcare topics into engaging, human, easy-to-understand visual narratives. Content Management - Organise and manage video assets efficiently, ensuring footage, edits and project files are structured and accessible for future use, testing and iteration. Creative Input - Continuously contribute fresh ideas to improve video performance and brand storytelling, staying on top of social, paid media and video trends - and knowing when to follow them (and when not to). Equipment Maintenance - Own and maintain video equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent condition and ready for fast-paced production. Who you are 6+ years’ experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of social-first and performance-oriented work. Software Proficiency - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Experience with Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools also considered. Camera & Production Skills - Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting and audio, with the ability to independently shoot high-quality footage in both studio and real-world environments. Creativity & Craft - A sharp eye for composition, pacing, colour and detail, with a genuine passion for storytelling through video. Platform & Social Awareness - A strong understanding of how video works across platforms (Meta, TikTok & YouTube), and how to adapt content for different audiences, formats and algorithms. Communication & Collaboration - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable taking direction, giving feedback and working cross-functionally. Time Management - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work at speed, and deliver consistently high-quality output under tight deadlines. Attention to Detail - High standards for polish and accuracy, ensuring all output meets brand, quality and compliance expectations. Trend Awareness - Up-to-date with evolving video, editing and digital content trends, with the judgement to apply them effectively in a healthcare context.
