We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to lead strategic research initiatives that uncover deep insights into user behaviours, needs, and motivations. In this role, you will guide research across the full product lifecycle, translating complex data into actionable insights that influence design, strategy, and product decisions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure research informs every stage of development. Your work will champion user-centred practices, promote inclusivity, and help teams create meaningful solutions that make a real difference for users. \n Accountabilities: Design and conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and service decisions. Translate complex user data into clear, actionable insights for teams and stakeholders. Lead user research initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and promoting user-centred ways of working. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings throughout agile development. Champion inclusive and ethical research practices to ensure products meet the needs of diverse users. Communicate research insights through storytelling, workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions. Align research projects with strategic organisational goals to drive both long-term and day-to-day decision-making. Requirements: Significant experience leading user research projects and delivering end-to-end research. Strong ability to select and apply diverse research methods to generate actionable insights. Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing complex data to guide evidence-based decisions. User-centred mindset with the ability to embed research across teams and processes. Proven capability to influence stakeholders and connect findings to business strategy. Experience conducting inclusive research with diverse user populations.
