Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Technology Strategy Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary About the role: We’re tech-powered and human-centred — focused on delivering change that works in the real world. We’re looking for experienced technology delivery leaders to shape, mobilise and oversee complex, multi-stream transformation programmes for our clients. You’ll bring a balance of strategic perspective and hands-on delivery experience, guiding programmes from initial design through to implementation and adoption. Your work will span large-scale enterprise technology change — from ERP and cloud transformations to data and digital platforms — where you’ll ensure delivery drives measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, helping organisations turn their technology ambition into reality. You’ll likely lead multiple engagements or workstreams at once, defining governance structures, steering delivery teams and ensuring quality, pace and alignment across every stage. You’ll be instrumental in building trusted client relationships, supporting business development and shaping how we deliver complex technology change. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, mobilising and guiding complex programmes from the ground up — ensuring every stage delivers measurable impact. If you’re looking for a role that combines delivery leadership with strategic impact, this is it. You’ll join a team that’s influencing the direction of technology-enabled transformation across industries — leading from the front while developing others to do the same. Key Responsibilities: Shape and lead the delivery of large-scale, multi-stream technology programmes — defining structures, governance and delivery strategy from the outset. Oversee complex programme execution, managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistent quality, pace and outcomes across projects or workstreams. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders — advising on technology investment, delivery strategy and value realisation. Guide technical direction by collaborating with architects, engineers and change leads to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise strategy. Drive commercial and financial management across engagements, overseeing budgets, vendor relationships and contractual delivery performance. Sponsor continuous improvement and learning — using metrics, feedback and retrospectives to raise delivery standards and accelerate impact. Coach and develop delivery teams and junior colleagues, helping them grow capability, confidence and technical leadership. Contribute to business development and practice growth — shaping proposals, leading pursuits and supporting thought leadership and innovation initiatives. Skills and Experience: Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programmes or portfolios, with the ability to adapt delivery approach to suit different clients and contexts. Proven experience shaping and overseeing delivery across ERP, CRM, cloud or data platforms — ideally within consulting or large enterprise environments. Knowledge of enterprise software development, testing, release and deployment lifecycles, and how to apply governance without slowing delivery. Experience managing multi-vendor or global delivery models, balancing pace, quality and commercial performance. Stakeholder-management and communication skills for engaging senior client and vendor leaders. Financial and commercial acumen, including management of budgets, contracts and vendor performance to achieve value and control. Strategic and collaborative leadership with experience coaching and developing teams to deliver complex technology change.
