Job Purpose: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. Key Functional Responsibilities: · Participate in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to service, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. · Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and maintain high- quality output. · Identify and address potential issues to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. · Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues with production machines and related systems. · Assist in the development and implementation of new related strategies. · Comply with Ceer’s and industry safety regulations, guidelines, and protocols, and maintain clean and orderly work areas. · Perform safety checks and implement safety measures to prevent accidents or hazards. · Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output. · Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on various production equipment, including stamping, press, and other shop equipment, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. · Test machines to form materials into the required shape for use in production. · Ensure the availability of spares and repair or replace defective components. · Adjust system settings, controls, and parameters as needed to optimize performance and energy efficiency. Education: • Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field. Experience: 3 Years of Minimum experience in a similar field.
