Learn more at superhuman.com [http://superhuman.com/]. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Sr. Technical Recruiting Manager at Superhuman, you'll take full ownership of Engineering hiring in North America. Beyond motivating and inspiring the team to hit their goals, and developing them as individuals, you’ll partner closely with Engineering leadership, and other stakeholders within Finance and the People team so you can set up the foundations, operational cadences, and strategies to lead the team to success. Reporting to our Global Head of Tech Recruiting, you’ll also collaborate cross-functionally across both the entire Recruiting and People teams to drive key initiatives to evolve and elevate the team as a whole. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Inspire, motivate and manage a team of 7+ senior recruiters focused on Engineering hiring in North America, to enable their success in hitting company goals * Develop and nurture team members under your remit so that they can consistently grow and improve in their craft and as individuals * Guide the team to develop effective and innovate recruiting strategies across multiple Engineering business units * Develop key relationships with multiple engineering leaders and partners to drive a successful recruiting partnership and strategy * Drive key initiatives across the Recruiting Leadership and People team as a whole * Own and improve the operational success of the team, including reporting, metrics, and processes YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF: * You are conscientious and motivated * You have a passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences * You are a thoughtful and motivational leader with a passion for building teams and developing people and strong cultures * You enjoy learning and have the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas * You have a Bachelor's degree * You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience managing recruiting teams * You have a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute work efficiently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
