Job Purpose: This role is responsible for optimizing the utilization of resources, assisting in the implementation of preventive and predictive measures, and addressing basic operational challenges. Key Functional Responsibilities: • Support and coordinate the team’s daily activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, safety regulations, and production objectives. • Ensure efficiency and quality of the machining process in the Toolroom while maintaining CEER's Manufacturing Operations Division’s standards. • Monitors machining requirements and priorities, ensuring the effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to meet operational goals. • Assists in allocating tasks based on individual skills and production needs. • Responsible for team-leading responsibilities for the Machining / CNC area • Provides input to optimize processes and resource allocation within defined limits. • Escalates discipline or performance issues to higher management when necessary. • Implements and follows existing protocols for preventive and predictive measures. Assists in scheduling and conducting inspections to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. • Assists in monitoring equipment performance using data-driven methods, identifies basic operational issues, and supports corrective actions under the guidance of higher-level leaders. • Coordinates small-scale technical issue resolution and collaborates with maintenance teams for repairs • Responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts • Produces small batches or large quantities of metal parts. Ensure products meet precise specifications. • Supports spare parts management by tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a relevant field. Experience: 5 years Minimum, 1 year in a Leadership role
