As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of flexible talent acquisition within specialized practice areas, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality professionals to meet client demands. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on recruitment, providing the opportunity to engage with both senior stakeholders and candidates directly. You will manage end-to-end talent processes, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, while building and nurturing long-term relationships with a network of professionals. Your efforts will directly impact business growth, team success, and client satisfaction. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for professional development and cross-functional collaboration. \n Accountabilities Implement talent attraction strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of skilled professionals in targeted practice areas. Support client engagement by matching suitable candidates to business needs and contributing to achievement of sales objectives. Identify new talent sources, leverage networks, and engage in targeted marketing campaigns to attract top candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer management, reference checks, and onboarding. Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, using data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making. Build ongoing relationships with flexible professionals to ensure readiness for deployment and engagement with business opportunities. Collaborate with practice groups and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards and candidate experience are met. Provide support to the broader talent team during peak periods, contributing to team objectives and process improvement. Requirements Experience in a comparable role within flexible talent resourcing, alternative services platforms, or professional services recruitment. Strong interpersonal skills, natural rapport with people, and ability to build relationships easily. Team player with confidence, excellent communication, and interview skills. Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work at pace while managing competing priorities. Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards across multiple tasks. Ability to acquire and apply technical knowledge in specialized practice areas to enhance engagement with candidates and business stakeholders.
