Write technical reports and present work at peer reviews and design reviews. Develop and improve team processes, providing technical guidance and influencing decision-making across engineering teams. Remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into project solutions. Estimate work packages, identify dependencies, and ensure deliverability within project timelines. Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to junior engineers to build technical capability within the team. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a complex engineering environment. Proven ability to develop innovative technical solutions and solve complex engineering problems. Strong report writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams, providing technical advice and mentoring. Experience with project estimation, planning, and delivery oversight.
