JOB DESCRIPTION: About Us: Join our Medical Devices Centre of Excellence in Witney, where we are at the forefront of developing the next generation of glucose-monitoring technology. With strong business growth and innovative product development, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Statistician I to make a significant impact on patient health. The Role: As a Senior Statistician I, you'll be involved in end-to-end clinical trials for a select number of global projects, typically lasting from 4 to 18 months. From supporting protocol development to preparing publications, you'll see the direct impact of your work as we expand our FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose testing system into new markets and patient populations. You'll also provide key statistical support to our pipeline products, working alongside scientists and engineers. End-to-End Involvement: Engage in all stages of clinical trials, from protocol development to publication. Adaptability and Influence: Understand the bigger picture, prioritize effectively, and communicate cross-functionally. About You: Qualifications: BSc (or higher) in Statistics or Mathematics. Experience: Strong working knowledge of SAS and experience in clinical research. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, keen eye for detail, and strong team-working skills. Leadership: Interest in people leadership, with experience in leading small teams or looking for first leadership exposure.
