We’re looking for a Senior Solicitor/Associate (2–6 PQE) with a passion for high-stakes disputes, tight deadlines, and complex contracts to join our market-leading contentious construction team in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team known for its exceptional work in construction disputes across Scotland. You’ll work alongside recognised experts on some of the most exciting and complex contentious matters in the market, advising clients on strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution across high-value and often high-profile construction, infrastructure, and power projects. You’ll act for a broad range of major clients – including developers, contractors, and consultants – across litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and other forms of ADR. Our team is consistently ranked in the top tiers of legal directories and is known for the quality of its advice, insight, and client service.
