Synopsis of the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Agile Delivery Lead & Business Systems Analyst to ensure the effective delivery of solutions. In this critical dual role, you will lead and empower multiple Scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor, not only championing and scaling Agile practices but also eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions. You will drive continuous improvement, mentor stakeholders, and utilize key metrics to optimize both process efficiency and business value. What you’ll do Perform duties of both Scrum Master and Business Systems Analyst Elicit, analyzer, document, validate, verify, manage, communicate requirements Support the implementation phase by clarifying requirements, participating in testing, and assisting with deployments Continuously improve processes and quality of requirements Drive the adoption and scaling of Agile methodologies across the IT organization, acting as a trusted advisor Empower 3-4 Scrum teams to collaborate effectively, remove obstacles, and continuously improve their processes and output Guide stakeholders on Agile principles, track progress using key metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency Use industry-relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Git What experience you need Technical Degree/Equivalent Experience: BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent job experience) Extensive Project Management: 7-10 years managing complex, cross-functional technology projects Strong Business Analysis Expertise: 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst Strong Agile/Scrum Expertise: 4+ years as a Scrum Master with Scrum or Kanban experience Process Improvement Focus: Experience contributing to process improvement and change initiatives Self-Driven Problem Solver: Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitative skills Metrics-Driven & Certified: Ability to define key metrics and hold relevant certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, ICAgile, CBAP preferred); Cloud certification a plus Preferred Industry: Regulated Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications involving handling of sensitive data What could set you apart Former software development experience Exceptional communication skills Certifications Experience in more than one industry Knowledge of French Primary Location: CAN-Toronto-5700 Yonge CAN-Montreal Function: Function - Tech Dev and Client Services Schedule: Full time At Equifax, we believe knowledge drives progress.
