The Senior Sales Enablement role within Sponsorship Experiences is pivotal in empowering our sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding results for clients. Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you’ll ensure the sales organisation can focus on what matters most — selling — while you build the structure, tools, and reporting needed to enable high performance.
You’ll be both collaborative and proactive, acting as the right hand to the Head of Sales/Sales Director, supporting leadership and deputising when . Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 (OTE $160k)
Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
