Job Title: Senior QlikView AnalystLocation: UK Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to support and enhance business-critical applications and QlikView reporting solutions for a major utilities client. You will own the QlikView environment, handle complex incidents, and deliver new dashboards and data models. Requirements Key Responsibilities 2nd/3rd line support for business applications and QlikView. Design, build and maintain QlikView dashboards, data models and ETL scripts. Investigate and resolve performance, data and stability issues. Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases (queries, tuning, optimisation). Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA and vendor teams on upgrades and fixes. Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and maintain documentation. Skills & Experience 5+ years in Application / BI / Technical Support roles. Strong, hands-on QlikView experience (development and support). Solid SQL skills and experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Good knowledge of Windows Server; exposure to Linux is an advantage. Experience in complex, business-critical environments (utilities or similar ideal). Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
