That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionThis opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes across large hotel conversions, work with leading property developer clients who invests in superb residential projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capitals high profile mixed use projects.Responsibilities: Conducting background research, data collection and bench markingEstablishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectProducing project plans and managing teams where applicableMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicatorsTracking and documenting changesPreparing written project communication materialsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsLiaising with the client, contractors and designersAttending meetings and drafting minutes, etc Other responsibilities, to include:Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etcInputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal databaseQualifications Project Manager or Senior Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across large brownfield sites in LondonProjects can include residential, commercial and mixed useSuccessfully delivering the whole project or a large element of itExperience with working on projects of £20m++Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
