Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Manage the full project lifecycle: from scoping and planning to execution and delivery; Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams; Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management; Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services; Take ownership for improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service; Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team: processes, communication, and delivery practices; Track and manage key performance metrics, including Uptime Rate, Development Deviation, Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, and Delivery Rate; Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables; Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders. We need your professional experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment; Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps); Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence; Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments; Experience with the Native applications development will be a plus; Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum); Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken); Experience working with fast release cycles, live systems, strict reliability and uptime requirements will be a plus.
