We need your professional experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment; Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps); Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence; Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments; Experience with the Native applications development will be a plus; Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum); Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken); Experience working with fast release cycles, live systems, strict reliability and uptime requirements will be a plus.
