Job Title: Senior Product Manager Location: US, UK (Remote) – Global collaboration Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic products within our portfolio. In this role, you will define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and commercial performance. This position plays a central role in translating customer needs and market insights into solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of clinical research. The Senior Product Manager operates with autonomy and reports to the Director, Product Management. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Planning Interpret user needs, market trends, competitor insights, and internal feedback to inform strategy. Build business cases and develop strategic plans for assigned product areas. Contribute to broader portfolio planning and long-term product direction. Product Development & Delivery Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories in partnership with R&D. Support release planning and monitor execution to ensure alignment with goals. Lead decision-making on product design, prioritization, and readiness. Operational Readiness Collaborate with Operations to support product launch and implementation readiness. Ensure processes, competencies, and resources are aligned for successful delivery. Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement Partner with Marketing on messaging, value propositions, and launch materials. Work with Sales on pricing, positioning, and training to support commercial success. Monitor performance, profitability, and competitive landscape. Leadership & Influence Act as the champion and “mini-CEO” for your product. Influence roadmap decisions and feature prioritization. Provide guidance to product managers or product owners where applicable. Qualifications Essential Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (advanced degree preferred). Experience in product management or product design. Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and business stakeholders. Proven experience collaborating across R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales and leadership teams. Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities independently. Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset. Desirable Experience managing complex products within a broader portfolio. Understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices. Strong relationships with internal partners and/or lead customers. Experience with budget planning and product portfolio governance.
