The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!Joining us as a Senior Product Manager – Business, Government and MobileYou will be responsible for driving developments and supporting in-life CityFibre’s Ethernet, infrastructure, offnet, and other non-FTTP product portfolio, covering a range of local and national backhaul services targeting ISPs and a range of other sectors, notably mobile and public sector.You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.This is some of what you can expect to be doing:Identify, define and launch market leading products, feature enhancements and value-added services that deliver a best-in-class experience for our customersManage and launch new product capabilities from concept to marketTrack and manage the product P&L across the portfolio, including reporting and tracking of monthly volumes, revenues and performance against financial targetsSupport major customer opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to key sales stakeholders; have regular customer engagement from bid support to collating feedback on new product roadmaps or products for launchSupport the management of vendor engagement or negotiations with relevant partners and / or suppliersWhat you’ll bring to the roleYou will have a strong background in Product Management with demonstrable success in managing product portfolios across the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll also have:Experience managing teams of product managers and wider stakeholders engaging with the product functionDetailed knowledge of data connectivity products particularly Ethernet, business broadband and range of backhaul, exchange and ancillary servicesExperience developing telecoms products for a range of end customer segments including Business ISP, and ideally mobile operators and public sectorDiversity, Inclusion & BelongingWe’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
