The ideal profile is someone who has been a first or early engineer in a product team and who has helped design, build, and scale meaningful software from scratch. \n Key Reponsabilities Shape and build products end-to-end from ideas and architecture to production and scaling Bring a product mindset: deeply understand user needs, market context, and how tech choices shape product outcomes Own technical depth: design reliable, scalable systems even if it requires learning new languages, tools, or frameworks Collaborate across disciplines: product managers, doctors, researchers. Your ideas matter as much as theirs Innovate & research when needed: AI, LLMs, deeptech. We value curiosity and the willingness to explore new technological possibilities Improve the system continuously: Refactor, simplify, modernize you care about long-term tech health as much as shipping features fast What We’re Looking For 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least one strong "builder" experience such as being the first or an early engineer on a product team. Proven ability to build and scale systems (backend, fullstack, data your exact path can vary) Strong in system design, architecture, and scalability challenges A real product sense you want to know the "why" before the "how" Comfortable with technical discovery, research, prototyping especially around new fields like AI, LLMs, or deeptech (a plus, but not required) Curious, independent, proactive not waiting for a ticket or spec to start contributing Tech stack agnostic you care about principles, not tools (Our stack: TS, Python, ASW, PosgresQL) Benefits & Perks Compensation: Base salary to be determined according to profile.
