Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions. Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership through presentations, documentation, and workshops. Organize, plan, and sequence design work independently, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and business objectives. Translate product strategy and vision into intuitive, elegant design solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction. Mentor and influence other designers, advocating for best practices and fostering a culture of design excellence. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure designs are feasible, effective, and aligned with strategic priorities. Requirements Proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality design outcomes and business impact. Experience working on large-scale design projects and across multiple product experiences. Skilled in the full design process, from research and ideation to execution and iteration. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design standards. Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and influencing stakeholders. Experience supporting product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and iterative design based on user feedback and metrics. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
