We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of advanced software solutions in a SaaS environment. In this role, you will drive architectural decisions, establish technical standards, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative products. Drive architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and promote best engineering practices. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Oversee testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring to ensure reliable and maintainable software delivery. Represent engineering teams in cross-team initiatives, technical forums, and strategic discussions. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role. Deep expertise in C++ and object-oriented programming; experience in computational geometry or rendering is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Java (JSPs, Spring) and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks (Angular, React), HTML5, and CSS. Advanced understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and large-scale CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Proven track record in mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
