About Evotec At Evotec, our mission is clear: we’re working together for medicines that matter. Across several sites globally, we unite scientists, technologists, and innovators with one shared purpose — to change the face of modern medicine. As part of our #beCUREious culture, we empower our people to explore beyond boundaries, collaborate across disciplines, and create solutions that truly make an impact. The Role We’re looking for a Senior People & Workforce Analytics Lead — a curious mind and data-driven storyteller who can turn workforce data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions. This is not a reporting role. It’s a strategic enabler — connecting people, data, and purpose to help Evotec shape the workforce of the future. You’ll partner across HR, IT, Finance, and the business to bring People Analytics to life: from clean, actionable dashboards to predictive insights that influence how we attract, engage, and retain talent worldwide. What You’ll Do Lead and evolve Evotec’s People Analytics strategy – defining priorities and shaping a roadmap that supports our growth and transformation. Build smart insights, not just reports – create dashboards and analyses that answer real business questions and drive better people decisions. Translate data into stories – help leaders understand trends, opportunities, and risks in our workforce. Partner across HR and business teams – provide analytical guidance on key topics such as workforce planning, diversity, retention, and organizational design. Safeguard and strengthen data integrity – collaborate with IT and HRIS to ensure data quality, integration, and governance. Explore what’s next – pilot innovative approaches such as predictive analytics, AI-supported insights, or organizational network analysis to elevate HR intelligence. What You Bring Several years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR Data Science roles. Strong analytical skills — you enjoy discovering patterns, testing hypotheses, and translating data into clear insights. Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus. Good understanding of HR processes and metrics (e.g., attrition, DEI, learning, performance, compensation). Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills — able to make complex insights simple and actionable. A collaborative mindset — you thrive in a global, fast-paced, science-driven environment. Fluency in English; German is a plus. Why Join Us Shape the future of People Analytics in a global life-sciences organization. Work at the intersection of science, data, and purpose. Be part of an agile, innovative HR team that values curiosity, creativity, and empowerment. Competitive compensation, flexibility, and opportunities for continuous growth and learning. A strong sense of purpose and team spirit – we evolve together, and so will your career. Join Our Journey If you’re ready to turn data into impact and shape how we understand and evolve our global workforce, we’d love to meet you.
