With our recent series C, we are well positioned for further expansion both in terms of wider product/customer offering as well as the markets. We are looking for a senior member of the People Leadership team to help scale and mature our Product & Engineering organization. \n What You’ll Do Drive culture change and talent transformation Partner directly with C-level leaders, owning everything HR/People for Engineering & Product teams end-to-end Coach managers through tough conversations, calibrations, and high-stakes people decisions Solve wide range of problems with an outcome-over-output mindset Guide org. design, workforce planning, and leadership transitions Balance high-performance culture standards with strong engagement and retention What We’re Looking For 8+ years overall HR experience, with 3–4 years people partnering with Engineering & Product Leadership (C level, and their -1s) Track record of driving culture change initiatives in a product-led environment Experience in raising performance standards in high-growth, culturally diverse organizations (ideally fintech/tech) Strong knowledge of European employment frameworks and cultural nuances Product-minded problem solver: nimble, commercially aware, and focused on outcomes over process Exceptional communicator & coach, confident in building trust with senior stakeholders and holding your ground on tough calls Bonus Points: Hands-on curiosity about AI and automation (e.g. Slack workflows, Notion AI, Lovable or similar tools) Experience working with Eastern European teams What Success looks like in Year One Together with the CTO, you have paved the way for the Engineering culture transformation and set the new ways of working within Engineering teams Working closely with CTO & CPO, you unlocked better collaboration between Product & Engineering organization by facilitating Domain driven talent management initiatives Collaborating with the Head of Talent, you have defined and implemented a clear talent & location strategy, and met our ambitious hiring plans You have enabled retention of the high-performing talent by executing a structured talent/people cycle (performance, reward, engagement) Why This Role Matters This isn’t a traditional HR role—we are looking for a true strategic business partner to Engineering & Product teams, who is able to translate the value of people initiatives into clear commercial outcomes \n
