Redwood Strategy Group is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Functional SME to provide functional support, financial analysis, and process troubleshooting across federal financial systems. This position assists with incident resolution, functional enhancements, testing coordination, reconciliation activities, and support for G-Invoicing, CLM, and core Oracle financial modules. The SME will also contribute to UAT planning, documentation, federal process support, and ServiceNow ticket triage. Redwood Strategy Group is a specialized management consulting firm that engages experienced professionals and consultants to support the federal government with strategic project execution, financial process optimization, advanced IT solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. Through innovative transformations, they develop and implement strategies to optimize operations for military departments and agencies across the U.S. Federal Government. Key Responsibilities Oracle Functional Support -Provide senior-level functional support across Oracle EBS (R12.x) and related federal financial modules. -Resolve issues across CLM, Procurement, AP, AR, GL, Projects, and integrated systems. -Support G-Invoicing lifecycle activities including GT&C, orders, performance, invoicing, settlement, and interface troubleshooting. -Assist with configuration updates, enhancements, and quarterly release testing. Federal Financial Management & Reconciliation -Support federal financial processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Budget-to-Report (B2R), -Acquire-to-Retire (A2R), and Cost Accounting (CA). -Perform reconciliation activities including AR/AP discrepancies, obligations, commitments, revenue/billing variances, and unmatched disbursements. -Troubleshoot funding issues, invoice processing issues, and project-level financial discrepancies. Testing, Documentation & Service Delivery -Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, scheduling, execution tracking, and defect resolution. -Develop functional documentation, SOPs, requirements, and traceability materials. -Support Tier 0/1 help desk operations via ServiceNow, reviewing, triaging, and resolving functional tickets. -Prepare metrics, testing results, and status updates for leadership. Federal Program & Integration Support -Support cross-functional financial operations involving federal stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams. -Assist with integrated financial systems such as DAI, PRISM, Momentum, Sunflower, and Concur. -Provide advisory support on process improvements, requirements gathering, and functional design considerations. \n Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field. 12+ years of Oracle federal financials experience including functional support, troubleshooting, and testing. Strong experience across CLM, P2P, AP, AR, GL, Projects, G-Invoicing, O2C, B2R, A2R, and Cost Accounting processes. Demonstrated experience in federal reconciliation activities including AR/AP issues, unmatched disbursements, obligations, commitments, and funding discrepancies. Hands-on UAT leadership experience including script development and defect tracking. Prior work in a federal help desk or ServiceNow environment. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting FMS, interagency agreements, or federal case management processes. Audit support experience including SOP creation and sample preparation. Familiarity with OBIEE or other federal reporting tools. Relevant certifications (PMP, Oracle Cloud, Security+, CYSA+, AWS Cloud Practitioner).
