This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior MCL Adjuster in United Kingdom. We are seeking a Senior MCL Adjuster to lead and manage complex commercial property claims across the UK. In this role, you will handle high-value cases involving material damage and business interruption from start to finish, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant claims resolution. You will work closely with a collaborative team of adjusting executives and specialists, building strong relationships with clients and customers while maintaining the highest standards of service. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing their own caseload independently, adapting to surge periods, and demonstrating empathy and clear communication in all interactions. \n Accountabilities: Manage end-to-end resolution of high-value commercial property claims. Investigate and assess major and complex loss cases efficiently and cost-effectively. Collaborate with desk-based Adjusting Executives and specialists to meet service level agreements. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the claims process. Build strong relationships with clients and customers to promote satisfaction and trust. Adapt to workload surges and implement proactive solutions to emerging challenges. Requirements: Proven experience handling major and complex loss claims in commercial property. Full UK driving licence. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team. Empathy, adaptability, and professionalism when managing sensitive claims. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads. Professional qualifications, ideally ACII or ACILA, are advantageous.
