This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior MCL Adjuster in United Kingdom. We are seeking a Senior Major & Complex Loss (MCL) Adjuster to manage high-value commercial property claims from inception to resolution. In this role, you will take ownership of complex cases involving material damage and business interruption, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service. You will collaborate with desk-based adjusting teams and specialists while maintaining strong client and customer relationships. The position demands a proactive and adaptable professional capable of independently managing a caseload while upholding compliance standards. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment and contribute to a team focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. \n Accountabilities: Manage complex commercial property claims, including material damage and business interruption, from start to finish. Investigate and resolve claims efficiently, ensuring cost-effective outcomes. Collaborate with internal adjusting teams and other specialists to meet service level agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Adapt to surge periods while maintaining quality and timeliness of service. Requirements: Proven experience handling Major & Complex Loss claims, preferably with high-value commercial property expertise. Professional qualifications such as ACII or ACILA are highly desirable. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage sensitive situations. Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize effectively. Full UK driving licence. Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
