Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover Contract). In this role you will be proactively working with the Commercial and Category Managers to create and deliver effective marketing activation plans with the brand as a key focus. You will create and lead the marketing plans/activities (including adverts, sales aids, POS, brochures, publications, and leaflets) to increase the profile of our brands and services and drive sales within the various markets. You will also lead on launching awareness campaigns for 2 of our own brands to downstream partners, liaising with external manufacturing partners where required. You will own the delivery of the launch toolkits including trade and price book adverts, digital banners (portal and external); sales aids; window posters, specific materials etc. You will also work with Enterprise in creating projects that drive commerciality for our own brands. You will partner with the Digital and Marketing Executive to implement revenue driving / awareness campaigns via marketing cloud for own brand. Analyse ROI /impact on revenue through open rates, revenue contribution, hot leads etc. Look for new ideas to grow awareness for own brand that expand upon the current digital platform Other Responsibilities will include: Brief, manage and motivate external agency partners (design agencies,) and other suppliers, providing creative input, strong attention to detail and ensuring all updates are completed on time and to a high standard. Review success of all activities vs. KPI’s and propose next steps and key learnings. Support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of strategic marketing projects/campaigns. To identify new ways of working and opportunities for matrix working across the business to ensure necessary skills and experience are included in marketing activity. Own the media relationship with trade publications to deliver the annual advertising plan for own brand (and other brands as required) Lead the partnership with CIG and other trade publications to create the annual advertising schedule, monitoring spend to budget guidelines. Ensure the submission of the agreed advertising collateral to trade magazines is in line with the agreed plan, liaising with contacts at the trade publications. Develop with the agencies, any new trade adverts required to support awareness drives for other areas of the business. Strong brand and commercial marketing management functional skills (previous experience in advertising/ compliance preferred, strategy and analysing data or ROI) to have confidence to run and implement p[projects independently Excellent planning and organisation skills (Project management) and analysis of ROI for projects Ability to work rapidly in a busy, fast-paced environment, with agility and responsiveness to multi task to a high degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong influencing skills, strong attention to detail Positive and constructive, can-do attitude.
