Key Responsibilities Contribute to developing, implementing and managing the Interface Management Plan from a Technical Interface perspective. Own the outputs for Interface Control Documentation Managing our design consultants to deliver our Interface Management process in line with HS2 requirements. Managing relationships and bespoke procedures with interfacing parties such as Network Rail, London Underground and Maste Development Partners. Communicating interface issues and risks that will impact project delivery and identify mitigation measures Hold regular interface meetings with relevant parties to manage interfaces, meet programme milestones and mitigate risks. Reporting to the Head of Interface Management and the Head of Design on interface issues. Produce relevant reports detailing interface issues that may impact the works and propose mitigation actions. To be the main point of contact and champion for the use of the Interface Management tool (Relatics) that is used on the project Technical competencies Excellent project management and coordination skills able to manage and influence teams of people in a multi-disciplinary environment. Excellent understanding of Technical Interface Management Processes, along with understanding requirements management. An understanding of System Engineering. Able to collaborate effectively with others, and think creatively to resolve issues, presenting facts clearly and simply. Behavioural competencies Results driven. Woks well within a team and demonstrates cooperation and collaboration. Builds trust. Qualifications, Certifications & Experience Previous experience of working on major construction projects. Educated to degree level in engineering or construction discipline, or equivalent experience in major projects or asset management. Previous experience in a similar role with aligned responsibilities & accountabilities. You’ll need to have: Membership of a recognized professional body such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent. Extensive experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure, construction, or property sectors. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives in project delivery. You’ll also have: Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with project controls methodologies and tools such as Earned Value Management. Multi-sector industry experience.
