This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of solution consultants supporting pre-sales and strategic client engagement in the insurance technology space. You will act as a trusted advisor to both sales teams and clients, guiding complex implementations and demonstrating product value through tailored solutions. The position combines technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership, with responsibilities ranging from account strategy to client-facing presentations and ROI analyses. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in insurance technology, particularly in property and casualty systems, who enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving measurable business impact. \n Accountabilities Provide solution consulting and pre-sales support on assigned opportunities, partnering with sales teams to develop effective account strategies. Understand client needs and align product capabilities to deliver compelling value propositions. Conduct tailored product demonstrations, rapid prototyping, and feasibility assessments to support the sales process. Assist in proposal responses, including RFPs, and prepare detailed business use cases and implementation specifications. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate market feedback and identify enhancement opportunities. Manage and mentor a team of solution consultants, ensuring high performance and quality delivery. Requirements Degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field. 10+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, strategy consulting, product management, or implementation of insurance software. 5+ years in insurance technology with detailed knowledge of property and casualty systems (policy, billing, claims). Minimum 5 years of experience within the UK insurance market; knowledge of the London and EMEA insurance markets is preferred. Proven ability to support clients with business cases, ROI analyses, and articulate solution value. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing teams and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, and technical product capabilities.
