As a senior member of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in project delivery across the Canadian region. Reporting to the Director, EPMO, key duties include: Leading the Project Management function, ensuring best practices, scalable frameworks, and delivery excellence across the organization. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and outcomes. Developing and implementing strategic plans for solution delivery in support of corporate goals. Overseeing resource planning and allocation to optimize project outcomes. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting project managers to build project management capability and maturity. Supporting project portfolio management activities including intake, evaluation, prioritization, and monitoring performance. Implementing and continuously improving project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Reporting on project delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-range strategic plans. What You’ll Need: A degree or master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in the corporate registry domain. PMP certification (preferred) with proven success leading enterprise-level projects. Management experience leading a team of project managers. Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Strong understanding of financial systems, corporate budgeting processes, and business case analysis. Knowledge of change management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional resource allocation. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and project teams through presentations and reporting.
