Other European locations, e.g. Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands with convenient airport access are also under consideration. You will be joining a dynamic sales organization where you will get a unique opportunity to be part in building our success in the linerless segment with your expertise and skillset.” – Thomas Leroy, Director, Key Accounts What you will do Lead and manage the Linerless Sale Team in EMEIA to identify, develop and manage existing customers and business opportunities. Build and establish business relationships, promote, sell Linerless and close the deal Contribute with internal functions to innovation and product range management Develop and implement sales plans, activities and campaigns for an assigned geography, market segment or particular customers Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources Negotiate sales with new customers and actively liaise with customers Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information Who you are You have a university degree/education in relevant field and/or min. 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or field You have experience in the specific end use areas of retail and logistics Knowledge of the linerless, packaging or labelling market and industry You are able to transform end user needs to business opportunities You possess sales processes knowledge and communication/networking skills You demonstrate high integrity, initiative, and leadership, with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset This is what we offer to you A meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
