This presents an opportunity to join a team of 100+ immigration specialists, working closely with colleagues in Global Tax services to deliver practical global mobility advice with a business focus. You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. Job Description This role focuses on assisting with the global coordination of immigration needs of our corporate client accounts. It involves ensuring adherence to immigration laws and regulations while delivering outstanding client service ensuring client’s global mobility policies and practices are compliant globally. They collaborate primarily with client stakeholders but also individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various Vialto global offices and other services providers to facilitate efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes for global accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients, addressing queries, and providing legal guidance to support global immigration needs. Analyzing complex ideas or proposals and building meaningful recommendations. Using multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations. Using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. Developing a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients. Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes. Managing and resolving issues or escalations due to complex case matters. Simplifying complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points. Managing multiple challenging country business immigration engagements to deliver for clients. Managing caseworkers and junior associates in case management and immigration law application. Managing client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed. Managing global billing for client accounts and ensuring financial metrics are achieved across all client accounts. Reviewing work from junior team members and signing off before submitting advice to clients, authorities, or other stakeholders. Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Requirements Previous global coordination of immigration experience Strong client service skills and a collaborative approach to working Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage, mentor, and encourage junior staff within the team Ability to confidentially reprioritise competing situations, people, and requirements Proven organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own caseload and time effectively Clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication skills that do not require review Primarily a team player but able to work under own initiative Proficient in standard office software Additional Information Location: London Hybrid model (3 days in the office) We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on any legally protected status.
