We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Client Solutions- Enterprise Systems to join our Bradford-based team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office two days per week. This client-facing role focuses on delivering customized Enterprise Systems solutions across key domains including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and supporting back-office functions such as tax, treasury, and procurement. This role is ideal for a driven professional with deep expertise in Enterprise IT solutions and a talent for transforming complex business needs into compelling service offerings. You’ll lead formal RFP processes, develop strategic proposals, and play a pivotal role in refining our customer engagement strategy to ensure solution alignment and commercial success. What will you be doing? Lead client engagement activities focused on understanding business needs across Finance, SCM, HCM, and related enterprise systems. Own and manage the end-to-end process of responding to RFIs and RFPs, collaborating with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to produce high-quality submissions. Serve as the central point of contact for pre-sales solution shaping, ensuring alignment with Liberty Blume’s delivery capabilities and customer objectives. Translate customer business problems into well-defined solution propositions involving Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and adjacent systems. Manage stakeholder interactions across sales, delivery, legal, and solution architecture to meet response timelines and quality standards. Build compelling narratives around Liberty Blume’s capabilities, ensuring responses stand out for technical credibility, business relevance, and value. Drive customer workshops and discovery sessions, developing a deep understanding of client operating models and digital transformation goals. Support commercial modelling and bid strategy, working alongside finance and legal to finalise pricing and contractual frameworks. Maintain strong understanding of the evolving enterprise systems landscape, particularly in Oracle cloud and hybrid environments. Develop compelling, professional, and tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders that clearly articulate value propositions, solution fit, and differentiators. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery—to gather inputs, ensure alignment, and meet deadlines. Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable bid content, templates, case studies, and credentials. Support the sales team in shaping win themes and messaging to align with client needs and competitive positioning. Monitor progress, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders aligned and on track. Creation of new opportunities identified by our strategic partners. Identification and Creation of new technology partnerships Internal communication with our Liberty Blume colleagues on possible improvements to partner and market services Design and deliver persuasive pitch presentations and visual aids for bid submissions, client meetings, and internal stakeholder briefings. We tend to look for people with: Essential: Relevant years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales enablement within the technology or enterprise software industry. Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Pre-Sales Consultant, Project Manager, Solutions Lead, or Bid/Proposal Manager) within Enterprise IT or Business Transformation. Knowledge and experience with Oracle Applications and Tech (or equivalent) across key modules (Finance, SCM, HCM). Familiarity with other back-office domains such as procurement, tax systems, treasury systems. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing RFP processes, including drafting responses and coordinating cross-functional input. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to quickly understand customer needs and map them to solution designs. Commercial awareness and an ability to balance customer value with internal viability. High attention to detail with excellent writing and presentation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead virtual teams. Proven experience managing strategic relationships (can include customers) in a fast growth/emerging software vendor/service provider Highly motivated, structured individual with superior presentation/public-speaking skills High comfort level engaging with C-Level execs Strong meeting/workshop leadership and action orientated. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). APMP, PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification a plus. Previous experience working in or with mid-large-scale managed services or system integrators. Familiarity with procurement processes.
