We’re hiring a Senior Manager - Client Engagement & Enterprise Solutions to join our Bradford-based team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office two days per week. We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Client Engagement & Enterprise Solutions to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you’ll be a commercially savvy and strategic leader, driving business growth through impactful customer engagements. This client-facing position focuses on delivering tailored Enterprise Systems solutions across key domains, including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and supporting back-office functions such as tax, treasury, and procurement. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in Enterprise IT solutions and a proven ability to transform complex business needs into compelling service offerings. You’ll lead formal RFP processes, develop strategic proposals, and play a pivotal role in shaping our customer engagement strategy to ensure solution alignment and commercial success. What will you be doing? Lead client engagement to understand business needs across Finance, SCM, HCM, and enterprise systems. Own end-to-end RFI/RFP responses, coordinating with technical, commercial, and delivery teams. Act as the pre-sales solution lead, aligning proposals with Liberty Blume’s capabilities and client objectives. Translate business challenges into solution designs leveraging Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related platforms. Manage stakeholder interactions across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Architecture to meet timelines and quality standards. Craft compelling narratives that highlight technical credibility, business relevance, and value. Drive client workshops and discovery sessions to shape digital transformation strategies. Support bid strategy and commercial modelling with Finance and Legal. Stay current on Oracle cloud and hybrid enterprise system trends. Develop tailored, high-quality RFP/RFI responses showcasing solution fit and differentiators. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, ensure alignment, and meet deadlines. Maintain and enhance a reusable content library (templates, case studies, credentials). Identify and create new opportunities via strategic and technology partnerships. Design and deliver persuasive pitch presentations and visual aids for bids and client meetings. We tend to look for people with: Essential: Relevant years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales enablement within the technology or enterprise software industry. Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Pre-Sales Consultant, Project Manager, Solutions Lead, or Bid/Proposal Manager) within Enterprise IT or Business Transformation. Knowledge and experience with Oracle Applications and Tech (or equivalent) across key modules (Finance, SCM, HCM). Familiarity with other back-office domains such as procurement, tax systems, treasury systems. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing RFP processes, including drafting responses and coordinating cross-functional input. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to quickly understand customer needs and map them to solution designs. Commercial awareness and an ability to balance customer value with internal viability. Proven experience managing strategic relationships (can include customers) in a fast growth/emerging software vendor/service provider Highly motivated, structured individual with superior presentation/public-speaking skills High comfort level engaging with C-Level execs Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). APMP, PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification a plus. Previous experience working in or with mid-large-scale managed services or system integrators. Familiarity with procurement processes.
