This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Our headquarters are in New Jersey, and local team members are welcome to work in the office if they prefer.

The INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will be responsible for all Integrations related functions, including but not limited to participating in projects, support, working with 3rd party vendors and reporting. This role is largely a second-tier position for questions, requests and projects related to Integrations Team functions. 

 

 

Reporting Structure:

The INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will report to: Interface Team Manager 

 

Principle Functions:

  1. Professional Services Analysts 
    1. Building and Implementing Interfacing Solutions as well as maintaining integration solutions. 

 

  1. Provide varying degrees of support (phone, in person, on-site, or as required) related to interface. Provide technical service and troubleshoot thoroughly. Report and/or document escalations as needed. Identify technical issues and provide resolutions to customers. 

 

  1. Documentation: System Design, Software and Implementation documentation – Technical and non-Technical. Test processes and information gathering with the goal of improving test processes and quality and efficiency of product. 

 

  1. Projects and Professional Services including and not limited to: Interface Migrations, Upgrades, Go-Live Support, IPC, Database Exports, HL7 Interfaces and Customizations

 

  1. Any duties that may be relevant and industry acceptable for the Senior Interface Analyst role such as: After-hours Support and Off Hour projects may be asked and/or required to meet deadlines

 

  1. Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software

 

  1. Traveling onsite to diagnose or build Interface or Professional Service-related solutions as needed

 

  1. Act as a Subject matter expert (SME) for professional services activities and provide sound advice or support to other team members

 

  1. Provide Senior Level guidance, advice, and training as needed for other Interface Analysts on the tea

 

Essential Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Life Science, or equivalent 
  2. 4-6 years’ experience working in a medical, pharmaceutical, or imaging environment including quality and/or auditing duties. 
  3. Required, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and conflicting priorities. 
  4. Required, solid problem solving and analytical skills; ability to quickly understand any issue/problem encountered and recommend an appropriate solution. 

 

Essential Experience

  1. Excellent coding / programming knowledge 
  2. Proficient in SQL querying and updates 
  3. Working knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards 
  4. Enterprise IT background 
  5. Understanding of PAC/RIS workflow 
  6. Excellent written and communication skills 
  7. Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  8. Excellent organization skills 
  9. Ability to perform under pressure or in high pressure situations
  10. Ability to prioritize, multi-task (as needed), and understanding of sense of urgency
