Job Description About the Role NIQ is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join as Senior Global Customer Success Leader for our Customer Success Thought Leadership team, focusing on FMCG and T&D. This senior role is pivotal in shaping and executing global strategies that strengthen client engagement, deliver commercial impact, and enable activation across markets. You will directly manage a global team and influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive measurable impact on NIQ’s global business performance. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational excellence, alongside strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. A critical focus will be driving customer engagement across all levels of client organizations - especially the C-Suite - through events, content planning, and activation that enhances satisfaction and revenue. You will also facilitate key industry deliverables that reinforce NIQ’s leadership position. Key Responsibilities This role is accountable for: • Defining and executing global customer success strategies aligned with NIQ’s growth objectives and driving thought leadership initiatives to position NIQ as an industry leader in FMCG and T&D. • Partnering with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities, deliver measurable business outcomes, and ensure customer success programs contribute to revenue retention and expansion, impacting global business performance. • Driving customer engagement across client organizations, with a strong emphasis on C-Suite relationships, through strategic events, compelling content plans, and activation programs that increase satisfaction and revenue. • Enabling activation through frameworks and capability building across markets to ensure consistent delivery of global strategies. • Managing senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment, collaboration, and trust. • Facilitating key industry deliverables that showcase NIQ’s expertise and strengthen market positioning. • Leveraging analytics to measure success, identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and enhance customer engagement and business performance. • Directly leading and developing a global team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, and providing coaching to ensure high performance and impact. Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in Customer Success, Thought Leadership, or Strategic Account Management within FMCG or related industries. • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue impact through customer success initiatives. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels, including C-Suite engagement. • Experience leading global teams and managing complex, matrixed environments. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global reach.
