Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Finance Analyst to lead our global finance function across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan. This role requires a strong technical foundation in finance, combined with the ability to automate processes, build dashboards, leverage AI tools, and establish efficient financial systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and confident in managing multi-country reporting. This is a London-based role and requires close coordination with cross-functional teams across all locations. Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Strategy Lead the finance department across three regions, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals. Act as a business partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and group management reports. Manage group consolidation and ensure accurate intercompany accounting. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all three entities. Provide financial insights and KPIs to support performance reviews. Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements (UK, UAE, Pakistan). Automation & Digital Finance Automate finance workflows including invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. Use AI-driven tools for forecasting, risk analysis, and operational efficiency. Build, manage, and optimize financial dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Ability to build and run finance systems by creating policies, SOPs, and process frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable operations across all countries. Treasury, Payroll & Controls Oversee cash flow planning, treasury management, and banking relationships. Supervise payroll processing across all regions with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management practices. Compliance & Audit Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across UK, UAE, and Pakistan. Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory filings are completed on time. Maintain strong governance to meet global compliance requirements. People & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop the finance team across multiple locations. Work closely with HR, operations, and department heads to support company-wide initiatives. Facilitate cross-border communication and ensure alignment of finance policies and practices. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing. Review and approve financial transactions and spending requests. Manage procurement and vendor financial evaluations. Drive financial discipline and cost optimization initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (ACCA/CIMA/ACA preferred). 5+ years of finance management experience, ideally in a multi-country setup. Strong knowledge of IFRS and global reporting standards. Experience in automation, digital finance tools, and AI-assisted systems. Ability to build and manage dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of UK tax regulations and statutory requirements. Ability to build and run system with creating policies and Sops. Fintech industry experience is a strong plus. Exposure to UAE and Pakistan financial regulations. Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
