Supporting New York based project teams by leading information management, developing standards, and maintaining processes within a common data environment. Applies ISO 19650 and US BIM Forum principles to ensure robust digital delivery, driving innovation, assurance and effective information production. US project experience is advantageous. You’ll be responsible for: Supporting project teams across the full lifecycle. Developing BIM execution plans, information requirements and digital handover strategies. Managing information model production, assurance and compliance with ISO 19650. Driving governance, security and quality processes. Assessing resource needs and support BIM recruitment. Providing training, upskilling and knowledge‑sharing sessions. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance workflows and digital delivery. Championing continuous improvement, innovation and net‑zero‑aligned digital practices. You’ll need to have: Level 6 qualification with strong technical expertise across Autodesk tools, CDEs, validation systems and digital standards. Advanced understanding of ISO 19650, BS1192, IFC, COBie and classification frameworks. Strong problem‑solving, communication, stakeholder influence and delivery skills. Effective planner, collaborator and innovator with ability to manage, supervise and drive high‑quality outcomes.
